1. Fundamental Sales Policy
Strictly Final Sales. All transactions processed through the VoraDaily platform are considered final. We explicitly do not facilitate standard returns for buyer's remorse or process general exchanges. The singular exception to this rule applies exclusively to merchandise suffering from authenticated manufacturing defects, transit-induced damage, or fulfillment errors (e.g., receiving an incorrect item).
2. Protocol for Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
We rigorously stand behind the craftsmanship of our inventory. However, if your delivery contains flawed, compromised, or wrongly dispatched goods, contacting our support department must be your immediate first step. We are dedicated to negotiating a fair and equitable resolution.

Inspection Window: Buyers are obligated to examine their shipments immediately upon delivery. Any claims regarding item condition must be formally submitted within seven (7) days of the confirmed delivery date.

Resolution Assessment: Our Quality Assurance division will evaluate submissions on a strictly case-by-case basis. Depending on the severity and nature of the issue, approved remedies may encompass a direct product replacement, a partial financial credit, or a complete refund.
3. Financial Reimbursements (Refunds)
In the event that a partial or total refund is the authorized remedy for your claim, the approved settlement amount will be automatically routed back to the original payment gateway utilized during checkout.
Please anticipate a standard processing duration of 7 to 12 business days for the funds to reflect in your account ledger. Disclaimer: Exact clearing times are entirely contingent upon the internal processing protocols of your specific banking institution or credit card issuer.
4. Product Swaps (Exchanges)
VoraDaily does not support traditional item exchanges. We exclusively authorize the dispatch of identical replacement units strictly for merchandise that is proven defective or severely damaged upon initial arrival, and only following a successfully approved claim.
5. Unapproved Package Rejections (Unauthorized Returns)
Under no circumstances should any merchandise be shipped back to our fulfillment centers without explicit, prior written authorization from our support staff. To qualify for any form of resolution, a formal claim must be initiated and validated first.
Packages mailed back unannounced will be categorically rejected. VoraDaily assumes no liability for unauthorized return shipments and will permanently deny any requests for financial reimbursement or replacements associated with them.
