Following dispatch from our facilities, international deliveries generally require between 10 and 20 business days to reach their destination. We proudly provide global distribution at a unified, flat shipping rate of $5.99 USD for all orders.

3. Unanticipated Logistics Interruptions

Occasionally, external factors beyond our jurisdictionβ€”such as customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or carrier network disruptionsβ€”may extend delivery schedules. We highly value your patience and understanding should these logistical anomalies occur.

4. Shipment Monitoring

We empower you to oversee your parcel's progress. Upon transferring your goods to the courier, we will issue an automated dispatch notification containing your unique tracking credentials. You may monitor your shipment via universal tracking portals such as:

(Technical Note: Carrier databases may require a few days to synchronize and reflect the initial transit data. Please do not be alarmed if tracking information is not instantaneously visible.)

5. Split Shipments

To expedite fulfillment, orders containing multiple items may be split and dispatched from distinct regional distribution centers. Consequently, your merchandise might arrive in separate consignments. Each parcel will be accompanied by its own specific tracking number and separate dispatch email.

6. Urgent Order Adjustments

Modifying a finalized transaction is a highly time-critical process. If you require amendments to your delivery profile (e.g., recipient name, destination address) or product specifications (e.g., variant, dimension, quantity), you must notify us ideally within a 12-hour window.

While we cannot guarantee modifications once warehouse processing initiates, our staff will make every effort to accommodate your needs prior to shipment.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

Should the courier fail to locate you at the destination, they will typically deposit a notification card and route the parcel to a local postal branch for secure holding. We strongly advise contacting your regional carrier immediately using your tracking details. VoraDaily waives liability for consignments returned to sender due to inaccurate address submissions or prolonged failure to claim the package.

8. Prolonged Transit Protocols

If your shipment exceeds the estimated delivery timeframe, please execute the following verification steps:

  • Review Tracking Activity: Check your tracking portal. If the latest scan occurred within the past 7 days, the parcel remains in active transit and is progressing normally.

  • Escalation Window: If the logistics feed has stagnated for more than 7 days with zero new entries, please escalate the matter by emailing our service department with your Order ID for a formal investigation.

9. Missing Parcels and Theft

We recognize the severe inconvenience of misplaced deliveries and will coordinate with the respective freight provider to locate your goods.

  • Lost in Transit: If an official investigation determines the consignment was irrevocably lost during active transit, VoraDaily will issue a full replacement order at zero cost to you.

  • Post-Delivery Liability: Our operational liability terminates upon the carrier marking the shipment as "Delivered." We cannot compensate for alleged theft or loss occurring after a successful drop-off scan. In such scenarios, we advise consulting your property manager, household members, or neighbors.

10. Global Reach and Facility Origins

  • Destinations: We facilitate worldwide distribution. In the highly improbable event that your specific region is restricted by couriers, we will notify you immediately.

  • Origins: Our primary fulfillment hubs are located within the United States, Canada, Australia, and the European Union. Furthermore, to optimize pricing and availability, select merchandise may be dispatched directly from the facilities of our premier international manufacturing partners.

11. Terms of Shipment Disclaimer

Finalizing a purchase with VoraDaily constitutes your agreement to the following stipulations:

  • Estimated Timeframes: All delivery windows are projections, not binding contractual guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by external factors.

  • Import Duties and Taxes: The purchaser assumes total responsibility for all associated import duties, customs tariffs, and local taxes applied by the destination country. These surcharges are strictly excluded from our item pricing and shipping fees.

  • Coordinate Accuracy: Customers must guarantee the precision of their delivery coordinates. We assume no responsibility for items lost or returned due to erroneous address inputs.

  • Fulfillment Completion: VoraDaily's logistical responsibility ceases entirely once the shipping provider registers a successful delivery scan at the provided address.
